By accessing DomainData, registering an account, or downloading files, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the website.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Purchasing a subscription plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and access files in the selected category for internal analytical and commercial marketing purposes. You must not resell raw databases directly to third parties without prior approval.

3. Payments & Admin Approval

All transaction submissions represent requests for license acquisition. Unlocking file downloads is subject to manual verification of payment screenshots by our administrators. We reserve the right to decline any submission that we suspect is fraudulent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Datasets are provided "as-is" and "as-available". While we aim for 99% accuracy in corporate details and WHOIS registrar feeds, we do not warrant that all records are complete, active, or free from error.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts and revoke active category licenses if we detect systemic scraping, automated API abuse outside plan limits, or violations of these terms.
